Ingredients Needed
- 1 pack of Layo Creations Green Pepper Mix with Spices
- 4 cups of hot water
- 5 cups of palm oil (or any oil of your choice)
- 4 Boiled Eggs (optional)
- Beef/Steak, Fish or Chicken
- Broth for extra flavor (optional)
- Additional salt for preference if needed
Instructions on how to prepare Layo Creations Green Pepper Mix with Spices:
- Pour Layo Creations Green Pepper Mix & Spices into a bowl with 4 cups of hot water
- Soak in a bowl for 10 minutes while you prep your meat and eggs
- After 10 mins, add 1.5 cups of palm oil into a pot
- Cover the pot and let the oil heat up for 5 minutes on medium-high heat
- Add soaked product into the pot
- Stir occasionally every 3 mins to avoid the peppers getting burnt and sticking to the pot
- Let it cook for 15 minutes, then add your meat/chicken/fish & Eggs.
- Cook for additional 10 minutes
- Serve & enjoy with Rice, Potato, Yam, Plantain or Spaghetti
